Shipping & Delivery
*Orders are shipped from Colorado using UPS or the US postal mail. Most orders are shipped within a week or less, however this entire business from the sewing of the products to the packing of your order, is run by mothers with children.  The nature of this means there are some times when shipping can be delayed.  During situations such as this you will be contacted.  It is our effort to make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible.  You are welcome any time to enquire about your order by contacting drybees@gmail.com and someone will be in contact with you shortly.  Most orders placed before 12 noon EST will go out that day.  Aftter that time they will go out the next day in most situations.

*We charge estimated shipping costs based on weight.  It has been my observations that sometimes it is higher and sometimes it is lower than the actual cost but if you ever feel that shipping is extremely miscalculated please let me know and I will double check it for you.  I reserve the right to change your shipping method at no additional cost to you unless you specifically request this not happen.  Order with free shipping will always go via UPS.


Privacy & Security

At Cloth Diaper Company, your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. The information we collect about you when you become a retailer is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on our site. However, we can not guarantee complete security on stored information.

How Do We Use the Information We Collect?
When you become a wholesale member, we ask you to fill out a form that requests your name, address and e-mail address as well as some additional information.  Cloth Diaper Company will NOT share data.

 Your name and address information is used solely to process orders unless your prior consent is given. Without your consent, this information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfillment.

Our Use of Log Files
When you visit our site we automatically log your IP address, your browser type and your access times. We utilize this information to conduct site performance evaluations, to see where visitors are coming from and to keep track of click stream data (the screens our users visit on our site). This data helps us to determine what content our members find most appealing so that we can maximize your enjoyment of the site. Log files are not tied to personally identifiable information.

Site Security
All Cloth Diaper Company employees and contract workers take your personal information very seriously. Everyone must learn and obey our security policies. Access to member personal information is limited to key management personnel and our member services department. The information is ID and password protected and our Web security is reviewed on a monthly basis.

Correcting/Updating Your Personal Information
After becoming Cloth Diaper Company retailer you may correct/update your personal information by clicking on the 'My Account' link at the top of any page, entering your ID, and password when prompted and clicking the Edit Information button. The changes you make will be reflected in our databases instantly. Please make every effort to keep your information up to date.  If a package is shipped to an incorrect location due to your negligence to update shipping and phone info the order will be re-shipped at your expense.  If you wish to deactivate your account, you may contact our member services group through the 'Contact Us' section.

Links To Other Sites
This Web site contains links to other Web sites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you may be leaving the Cloth Diaper Company site and entering another Web site. These sites may independently collect or request information about you and we encourage you to read the privacy statements of these linked sites as their privacy policy may differ from ours.

Communication
From time to time we may send out email messages. In addition, you will receive communication from us 1) if you contact us for a particular reason, 2) to receive your orders, or 3) we need to contact you for administrative purposes. Administrative e-mails will not contain promotional materials. If you choose to receive our News Letters, they will contain promotional materials from Cloth Diaper Company.  It is highly suggested that you choose to receive the newsletter or you will miss important stocking or policy changes.  Failure to update your business practices due to changing polices of Cloth Diaper Company may cost you your authorized retailer status.  Not receiving this information is not a legitimate excuse when we offer the newsletter program.

Legal Disclaimer
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site

Supplementation
We may correct or supplement your address information with standardized postal representation in order to ensure that your orders are delivered. We do this since we want to make sure that our members receive the order and to lower costs associated with our programs.

Our Use of Cookies
Cookies are pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer's hard drive which identify you when you enter. The ability to select samples on our site is not cookie-driven. We may use session cookies to provide a seamless experience on the site and to combine with our log files so that we can understand our site traffic and analyze our demographic information in aggregate form. If you have set your browser to reject cookies, our site will not identify you when you enter and you will need to manually type in your ID and password.

Returns & Replacements
Wahmies, DryBees, and Rocky Mountain Diapers pride themselves in good customer satisfaction.  We take returns on defective merchandise only.  If you have a customer that you feel has a defective product please have them contact Wahmies, DryBees, and Rocky Mountain Diapers Wholesale prior to refunding any money or replacing a product as you may be doing that at your own expense.  Every defective product needs to be returned before exchanges can be made.   In an effort to keep costs as low as possible we ask that if you have used a wholesale product for your own use and it needs to be replaced, we will request that this is done at your next wholesale order.  We will not ship replacement products to a retailer's own personal items outside a general order.    It is necessary to obtain every defective product deemed defective in an effort to contiue to improve the Wahmies and DryBees product lines.  All products are exchanged unless there is not an equal substitute available (exact size, color, print, etc.).  Drop shipped items that your customer wishes to return or exchange must be returned to you unless the return is for a defective product.  Most correspondence between your customer and myself will be cc'd or bcc'd to you in regards to defective or damaged merchandise.  This is as a courtesy and a safeguard to you and us.  These are your customers and it is important for you to know how things are managed with them and the resolutions to their issues.  Our warranties are for one year and we do not extend this warranty under any circumstances.  Advising your customers to care for their products outside of our care guide may result in your customers loosing their warranty protection.  We warranty against defects, not damage.  Selling Cloth Diaper Company products below our MSRP and sales guidelines will also void your customer's warranty.  Customer service can be reached at drybeescustomerservice@gmail.com

Ordering
All order is done through our website, but in certain circumstances we can take orders over the phone.  Please note that taking phone orders is more costly to us then accepting internet orders so please reserve this for emergency situations to help keep costs low.

Payment, Pricing & Newsletter
*By purchasing Wahmies and/or DryBees and/or Rocky Mountain products at wholesale price, retailers agree not to sell these products below MSRP except in the instance of a sale or special promotion.   We reserve the right to deny orders to stores that do not respect other stores and fail to abide by the MSRP without notice.

*We do allow occasional sales or package deals to promote Wahmies, DryBees, and Rocky Mountain Diapers.  Please make sales 10% and under, short, and not on a continual basis.  Quantiy discounts for customers are as follows: 0-2 products - no discount
3-5 products - .25 off each product
6-8 products - .50 off each product
9-11 products - .75 off each product
12+ products - 1.00 off each product

*A handling fee of 2.50 is added for any order under $50.00.  We do not have a "drop shipping" program per se, but we do ship to the address that you indicate as the "ship to address"   Please be aware that stock change frequently and it is your responsibility to make sure items are available to your customers before dropshipping to them.  If you provide us the wrong shipping address due to a mistake on your part or your customers, we are not responsible for fixing this error.  We will correct all mistake due to a shipping error on our part.   If your customer does not  like their purchase, and you have a return policy this is your responsibility to take back their products.  We will handle all defective products.

*Retailers may use all photos, diagrams, and product information from the Wahmies, DryBees, Rocky Mountain Diapers, or  Wahmieswholesale sites, or they may use their own.  Please be sure to copy and save any images to your hard drive, then upload to your store. Do not link to either site directly.  Do not use our photos to promote competitor items.

*By purchasing Wahmies and/or DryBees and/or Rocky Mountain products at wholesale price, retailers agree not to sell these products below MSRP except in the instance of a sale or special promotion.   We reserve the right to deny orders to stores that do not respect other stores and fail to abide by the MSRP without notice.

*General store coupons offering a percent off of all items in your store are also a respected practice by Wahmies DryBees Cloth Diapers, and Rocky Mountain Diapers.

*Selling Wahmies, DryBees, or Rocky Mountain Diapers products on eBay are acceptable to all retailers provided they are sold as a "Buy It Now" auction at the MSRP for that item or starting auction price is at the MSRP for that item.  One exclusion is if you are selling items in multi-part packages and you can then discount based on the package pricing information.

*Payment in full for wholesale goods is due at the time your order is placed.   If you choose to pay by check your order will not be processed until after your check is received and cleared.  Therefore, you may be delaying your order by a several week or more before processing can begin.   We are a debt free company.  We do not take on debt for ourselves.  Therefore, growth of our company is built upon the true strength of our company.  We do not carry a debt to run our company and we can not accept debt from other companies.  Please respect our business model.  We do not offer terms of any kind to any retailer.  We understand that this is an unusual practive in today's business but it is something about our company that we are extremely proud to practice.

*Discounts for larger domestic orders are as follows:

>$1000.00 = free shipping
>$2000.00 = 5% discount + free shipping
>$5000.00 = 7% discount + free shipping
>10,000.00 = 10% discount + free shipping

Due to the small price margin on inserts they are not included in discounts.  International customers are not eligible for shipping incentives, however, other percent discounts do apply.

*Substitutions for oversold items will be made at the owners discretion for equal or greater items.  Typically this means same color, different size or same size different color or a duplicate of something already in your order.  If you do not wish for a substitution you may specifically state in the memo at check out to not substitute every time.  We will not be responsible for reshipping orders for substitutions.  This does not apply to drop shipped orders.  You will be contacted directly for any issues in stock for drop shipped orders.


*Please be sure to to receive the newsletter when you apply for your account or you will miss out on important information.  For all new accounts I will set it for you to receive the newsletter.  You may then change it to no newsletter if you so desire at a later time.  We keep newsletters to a minimum and try to use them only for important information.  You are responsible for information in the newsletters and may risk your approved status if you are not following guidelines due to lack of information at your own choosing. *We expect retailers to be purchasing on a consistent basis and can have their accounts deactivated if they have not purchased within 6 months or more.


Retailer's Pages
Please notify us for information on how to list yourself on our retailer's pages.  You must have purchased a combine total of 500.00 in products to be eligible.

Updating Account Information
It is your responsibility to keep your shipping and contact information updated.  Nothing is more frustrating then trying to contact a retailer and getting a bounced back email address or a phone number out of service.  Errors in shipping that are a result of incorrect information are at your cost if you have failed to update us with your contact information.
